The kitchen offers appliances for easy holiday living and is connected to the dining area with an open serving counter, making the apartment ideal for entertaining.

The sea facing master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, and double vanities, as well as a flat-screen television for added convenience. The master bedroom has direct access onto the terrace and plunge pool through stackable doors.

The second and third bedrooms enjoy a twin bed and double bed consecutively, and both have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and/or bath, and heated towel rails.

There is also air conditioning throughout.

The apartment is situated in a very secure block on Victoria Road in Bakoven. A dedicated parking bay has been allocated to the apartment in the parking garage, and there is limited off-street parking for visitors.

There is direct lift access into the apartment
Positioned along Victoria Road so there will be traffic noise in busy periods.

There are light renovations taking place in a nearby apartment block. The noise levels vary depending on what the contractors are busy with at the time. The construction is expected to be complete by the end of July 2018.
