Our March Nox Night was spent at the Theatre On The Bay in Camps Bay. With the opening night of Pythonesque on the cards, we were in for a real treat.
We started the evening off with a bottle of bubbly and a 3-course meal at their tastefully decorated restaurant, Side Dish, located above the theatre room. With generous portions and a variety to suit most taste buds, we were extremely satisfied.
On to the highlight of the evening…
If you are a big fan of Monty Python’s Flying Circus then this satirical play is right up your alley. If you remember scenes such as The Dead Parrot, The Lumberjack Song, Nudge-Nudge Wink-Wink, The Spanish Inquisition, The Cheese Shop and The Ministry of Silly Walks you will be pleased to know that they have remembered them too.
Without giving too much away, I can only suggest that you book your seats early. The show is roughly 2 hours long and is showing from 25 March to 11 April. I highly suggest catching a bite to eat in the area before hand as the show only begins at 20h00.
